Cursus: Training of Trainers

Encourage learning through training
People and learning are always central in training. At the same time have theories and approaches to training tremendously changed over the last 10 years. Continue to develop yourself as a trainer and enhance your understanding with the latest insights in learning theories. Practise with applying your skills adequately in the design, the implementation and the evaluation of your training.

Participants:
You are a trainer or teacher involved in designing and conducting training programmes. You are keen to continue developing your skills as a trainer and to enhance your knowledge with the latest insights.

Course Objectives:
At the end of this course you:

  • Know how to set up training needs assessments and destillate measurable learning objectives
  • Are able to design participatory training programmes and sessions related to desired outcomes
  • Are skilled to use interactive training methods and have learned to develop visual aids and other materials

During the five-day course you participate in exercises on programme development, lesson planning, material development and evaluation of training programmes. You also work on the design of a training programme and you will develop a personal action plan to support the implementation of your new gained competences.

‘Pay your taxes where you add the value’

CONFERENCE – In co-operation with the Universities of Groningen and Tilburg and the Dutch Association of Investors for Sustainable Development (VBDO) the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands organizes a one-day international tax conference. The conference will provide a forum for academics, companies, government officials and members of civil society to discuss effective ways to support developing countries’ tax policy and revenue collection.
